THE THREE SECRETS OF SUCCESS:
- Unstoppable Mindset
- Elite Skillset.
- Get Off Your Asset.
But we're talking massive epic success. If you want more successes, you want to know what the keys to success are, right? Today in this video, very simply these are what I believe are the three keys to epic success, not just little success, but we're talking massive epic success.
It starts first right here. You want to have epic success? It starts number one with having an unstoppable mindset. That's the first step. Do you have an unstoppable mindset? What makes up an unstoppable mindset? Well, number one is the belief in 100% positivity. Everything you look at, it's all about what you can do, not what you can't do. It is infinite possibility. Everything works. It is total confidence that it's always going to work out right, that it's not like oh, why does things happen to me this way? And it's not ever expecting the worst. It's always believing and expecting the best. It is the mindset that says, "No matter what happens, I will not quit. I will not be stopped."
It is not enough today to go in and go like, "I'm going to give it my best. I'm going to try with all I've got," because what happens is whenever you do that and say, "Well, I'm going to give it my best shot," that what you're saying is there is a possibility it's not going to happen. "I'm going to give it my best shot," meaning, "And if it doesn't work, it doesn't work." I will not fail. I will not be denied. I will never quit. You've got to have that unstoppable mindset because there's too many things that are outside of our control, and yet the reality is if you start with an unstoppable mindset, you've already won because you've already won if you never stop. You're already unbeatable. Number one is an unstoppable mindset.
Number two is an elite skill set. We are in a time today where just being good, you're going to get lost in the crowd. Just being pretty good, you're lost in the crowd. If you want to succeed, if you want massive success, you have to stand out, and the way you stand out is by having an elite skill set which means the best. There's just too much competition, too much noise out there, and a lot of the competition is not a high level of competition. There's just so much of it that people like, "I don't know where to even start looking," and so they just shut everything off.
How do you stand out? You have to have an elite skill set knowing what to do and how to do it better than anyone else. It is not enough just to be good anymore, and the way you get that is you commit to training. You commit to deliberate, intentional high-level practice and training to equip yourself that when you get out there, you could always deliver the best results period.
And then, number three, and this one is just like this is where it all happens, and that it you have to, number three, get off your asset. That's number three. I don't care how good your mindset is. I don't care how good your skill set is. If you don't take it and put it into action, nothing's going to happen. The secret today to making ... Look, everything in our world is moving so fast, and so many agents are like, "I'm going to get started, and I'm going to see how it goes, and I'm going to start out part-time," and they end up just starting in slow motion, and if you want epic success, speed to implementation, speed to market is absolutely critical.
And what that requires is it requires taking deliberate, decisive action fast. Every day that you procrastinate, every day that you avoid implementation, and getting off your butt and making something happen because we're so busy preparing. While you're developing an elite skill set, you don't go like, "Well, I'm working on that for the first two years." You've got to take that skill set, and as you're developing the skill set, developing the mindset, is get into the game today.
Every procrastination is simply an excuse why you're not succeeding, and if you want epic success, it starts here. It moves into an elite skill set, and then it winds up in decisive action of getting off your asset every day and keep it in motion. Keep it in motion. Keep moving. Whatever you're doing, as long as you're stirring up dust, as long as you're taking action, things are going to happen. You're going to make mistakes, fail fast, fail forward. Make the mistakes, keep going forward. That's how you're going to develop an unstoppable mindset. It's how you're going to develop more skills is by making those mistakes and go like, "Well, that didn't work out good. What do I got to do? I got to improve my skills." And when you do this and this and this and you got to do them all simultaneously. There's never been a time in our world when speed is as relevant as it is today. Get started. Get started today. Get stuff done today, and when you do that, you can always expect yes.
