We at YESMasters put a lot of time and energy into the creation and development of our online courses, coaching programs, and live training events to make them the best anywhere.
While the strategies taught are proven and have worked for others, federal law prohibits us from guaranteeing any results because we cannot guarantee the actions of any person or how that person implements the training. If you have questions or are not getting the results you want, it is your responsibility to seek the support you need to execute the strategies you learn successfully. Our goal is to guide and support you in your success. Ultimately, your success or failure is your responsibility.
If for any reason, you want a refund, carefully read the following refund policies corresponding to each of our products/programs:

THE BOOK OF YES
If you are not satisfied with the content of the book, we will refund your shipping costs, and you don't have to ship the book back, as long as you request the refund within 30-days of the book’s shipment date.
LIVE YESMASTERS EVENTS:
- We provide a 3-day money-back refund policy from the day of purchase for any reason for any ticket purchased.
- Regardless of when you purchase an event ticket, there are NO refunds within 7 days of the event for inability to attend the event. You may be allowed to use your ticket at the next Agent Mastery Live, based on availability. A $49 Registration fee will apply to attend the next event.
- On-Site Satisfaction Guarantee: If you attend the event and are not satisfied at the end of the first day, you can verbally notify any YESMasters staff member and request for a refund for the price of your ticket or registration fee. You must turn in all of the course materials as well as your personal notes taken from the event.
- Reimbursements will be made within 30 days of the event.
There is a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for 30 days after you register for the program. If for any reason you decide that the course is not right for you in the first 30 days, we will give you a 100% refund. No questions asked. After 30 days, there are no refunds under any circumstances.
- Mastery Coaching Monthly Plan: If you are paying monthly for Mastery Coaching, you can cancel any time. When a cancellation is requested, there are no refunds for Mastery Coaching. However, you will have access to all the benefits of Mastery Coaching through the end of your paid current 30-day billing cycle.
- Mastery Coaching Annual Plan: If you have paid for a full year of Mastery Coaching, it is a 12-month commitment. If you cancel your membership within the first 30 days, you may request for a refund. After 30 days, there are no refunds for any reason.
- 6-Figure Club Coaching and the 100-Day Challenge: You may cancel any time before midnight of the third (3rd) business day after the date of the transaction or midnight of the Challenge Launch Call (the cancellation period), whichever is later. Cancellations within that period will receive a full refund within 10 business days of the cancellation.
Kevin Ward may remove you from the Challenge at his sole discretion if you repeatedly fail or refuse to take responsibility for the commitments you have made. If you are removed from The Challenge for failure to honor your commitments, there is no refund.
- Inner Circle MasterMind: The Inner Circle is an exclusive group for those who are already familiar with the value of YesMasters and Kevin’s coaching. It is a one-year commitment regardless of which payment plan you choose. We provide a 7-day money-back refund policy from the day of purchase for any reason. After 7 days, there are no refunds under any circumstances, and any unpaid amount is due and payable immediately.
